TERMS & CONDITIONS ,REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

       Refund will be processed within three working days after the date of cancellation.

• Cancellations are allowed one day prior to the date of travel.

• Nothing will be refunded if a guest is a “No Show” or if the booking is cancelled one prior or less from the date of travel.

• Luggage of 7 kg per person will be allowed, above which will be charged at 25 INR per KG

• Please keep the terminal and ferry neat and clean. Throw the garbage in the dustbins. If anyone found throwing garbage anywhere except the designated area will be fined 1000 INR.

• Smoking, chewing tobacco and spitting is prohibited in the Terminal and on Ferry. Anyone found doing so will be fined 2000 INR.

•  Alcohol is strictly prohibited. Anyone found carrying alcohol or found drunk will be fined 5000 INR.
